I have forgotten my password for the website. What should I do?

Use the "Forgotten password" link to get a reminder and reset your password. If you are unable to access your emails contact the CASH Team who will be able to reset this for you.

Is there anyone involved in CASH who can advise me on copyright issues?
Coming soon! We will put some information about some of the common copyright issues in the Know How section. However, you can always get advice from the CLA.
Should I link directly to the document or to the website on which it is hosted?
Enter a hyperlink to the introductory or summary page rather than the document itself. This should make it easier for the end-user to find the resource, especially if it has been updated or replaced since you last accessed it. It also avoids any question of infringing copyright or affecting the reputation of the publisher by deep linking directly to the document.
For Secondary Care and Mental Health CASH, is there any limit to the number of journal articles I can add to the database?

Secondary Care and Mental Health CASH aim to cover both grey literature items and journal articles. Journal articles are of particular importance if they cover a current ‘hot topic’ within the sector to which you are contributing.

Ultimately you are free to decide what the needs of your end-users are. This may well involve focusing entirely on grey literature items or on published research findings.

Who do I contact in case of technical problems?

Please contact a member of the CASH team who are able to raise a support request on the EasySite portal if necessary. There is also useful information on the EasySite Knowledge Base

What do I do if I need help entering items of information into the database?

Know How provides detailed guidance on how to select and enter items of information into the database. If you have any questions or feel that you need more help, please feel free to contact a member of the CASH team.
